Before

Before school, I lived at Breitenbush Hot Springs from 2016 till the wildfire evacuation in 2020. The incredible therapists at the springs fully inspired me to follow my dream of becoming a bodyworker. I attended the Costa Rica School of Massage to fulfill my dream of studying abroad & understanding where I’m from ( being half Panamanian & not raised by that side of my family ). When I came home from school, the need for affordable health care & massage therapy on Mt Hood was obvious.. so I moved back to the mountain & started Village Bodywork.

Now

Healing is messy & I am knee deep in my own personal healing journey. Although I’m quite a silly human in my personal life: always laughing & expanding on the pure ridiculousness of life, I am also quite a serious & spiritual person. Surrounded by my incredible family, friends & community. I live a magical life in the forest. I love singing, writing songs & playing instruments. You’ll find me at music festivals, shows, jamming & always dancing. Music is my first love. My work is practicing bodywork at my studio, Timberline, Breitenbush, the Haven & festivals in the summer. The rest of the time I’m traveling, taking classes, making art, writing, snowboarding, reading books, going to the gym & nerding out on neuroscience.
